Refund Policy

1. Refund Process

Refunds can only be refunded back to the original method of payment used to book. If a payment was made using a debit or credit card, for example, that payment can only be refunded back to that account.

3. Chargebacks

Once a chargeback is started through your banking representative, we will not start the refund process again until the chargeback is resolved and cleared with your bank. If you reach out directly to us to resolve the issue, we will be able to expedite this as much as possible.

4. Fare Guarantee
Refunds will be issued according to the fare terms at the time of purchase. Discounts, special offers and promotional fares may not be refundable or partially refundable.

5. Split Transactions

In the event multiple forms of payment are used to pay for a booking; if there is a refund, refunds will be allocated to each payment form based on their proportionate amount.

6. Payment Obligation

All individual reservations are confirmed and are a binding commitment to the agreement you have with the supplier. By virtue of the cancellation policy around your booking you will agree to restrictions on your refund ability based on limitations of the refund policy.

7. Reservation Confirmation

You cannot process refunds for pending, unconfirmed reservations; any refunds only applies to confirmed reservations.

Airlines, hotels and travel providers are also bound to their contractual terms as well and together with such rules may also set cancellation fees or “no refunds”.

9- Baggage Fees

If baggage fees have been prepaid and not used, it may be possible to receive a refund of these fees, subject to the terms of the airline.

10. Visa Requirements

Refunds cannot occur anytime a passenger is denied boarding for to a visa or other travel document issues.

11. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is almost always non-refundable, and claims will be made directly to the insurer.
